Legal Supervisor Ctu

PT Cahaya Technology Unggas (Part of Farmsco Indonesia) is #hiringfor Legal Supervisor. You will be working from Serang, Banten.

**Requirement**

1. Have experience in resolving the Company's legal issues (Legal Dispute) both Litigation and Non Litigation

2. Have the ability to provide legal advice/opinion in solving the problem

3. Have the ability in terms of business contract drafting and review

4. Representing the company to have a good relationship with external

5. Handling corporate licenses including OSS, Product Certificates for the Use of SNI Marks (SPPT SNI) for Seeds and Breeds of Livestock, Animal Quarantine Installations (IKH), RUPS etc.

6. Experienced in handling TKA Licenses (expatriate permit) including visa, RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS / KITAP, SKLD, SKJ etc.

7. Have experience in managing RUPS, Notarial Dees and so on

8. Have an extensive network, especially with partner lawyers and government

9. Ability in term to do Legal Due Diligence

10. Experienced in industrial relations

**General Qualification**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business law

2. Experience working in the Animal Husbandry industry is preferred

3. At least 3 years experience as a legal corporate

4. Max. 38 years old

5. Having a lawyer's license is preferred

6. Excellent communication skills with all parties

7. Fluency in English is preferred

**Salary**: Rp99 - Rp999 per month
