**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Indonesian Cuisine Restaurant
- Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Able to work well under pressure with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Passionate about hospitality and enjoys building meaningful connections with guests and team members.
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, cost control, and staff scheduling to optimize operational efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall restaurant performance.
