**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities:Legal Support**
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage and maintain an organized database of legal files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for cases, contracts, or regulatory matters.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to construction and real estate.
**Administrative Duties**
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines for the legal team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including legal notices and communications.
- Prepare reports and summaries for the legal team and management.
- Manage legal department expenses, invoices, and budgets.
**Compliance and Regulatory Support**
- Ensure timely submission of permits, licenses, and other required documentation to local authorities.
- Maintain a calendar of regulatory deadlines and compliance obligations.
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory updates relevant to the construction and real estate industry in Bali.
**Risk Management**
- Assist in identifying potential legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Support the preparation of due diligence reports for property acquisitions, sales, and other transactions.
**Qualifications:Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal and regulatory frameworks, especially in construction and real estate.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
