**Job Summary**:
The Merchandiser is responsible for managing the entire order process, from receiving buyer orders to the delivery of samples or finished goods. This position acts as the key liaison between buyers, internal teams (purchasing, sample room, production, EXIM), and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow, product quality, and on-time delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.
- Experience in garment, apparel, or bag manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of production flow, material management, and export-import processes (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and excellent coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for buyer communication.
- Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office, PLM, or similar systems.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and maintain discipline and accuracy at work.
- Willing to work at Head Office (Jl. Wonosari Km 8, Banguntapan, Bantul).
