Greetings

Elite Asia is looking for **Mandarin Teacher based in Jakarta or Tangerang** for our client.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver Mandarin lessons tailored to students' proficiency levels, covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills to enhance their language abilities. Responsible for teaching courses aligned with various HSK levels, from HSK 1 to HSK 6.
- Create structured lesson plans to ensure students meet learning objectives within specified timeframes, incorporating diverse teaching materials, methods, and assessment strategies.
- Offer individualized teaching support and recommendations based on each student’s needs and proficiency level to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Regularly evaluate students’ progress through exams, assignments, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to support their improvement.
- Encourage active student participation in class discussions, speaking exercises, and interactive activities to boost language skills and build confidence.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate strong Mandarin language skills, including fluent speaking and writing abilities.
- Minimum HSK level 3 - 5 is required
- Exhibit patience and the ability to establish positive interactions with students, encouraging their participation and addressing their questions.
- Must be willing to relocate to any city in Indonesia
- Can join immediately
