As the Finance and Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the statutory filings which includes statutory audit and tax that requires in depth knowledge of local laws.

**What you'll do**:

- Statutory audit - liaison with the auditor and prepare the required documents
- Review tax payments, tax return filings and tax reconciliation
- Liaise with tax consultant in preparing annual tax return & TP Docs
- Month End closing and report
- Budget and forecasting
- Finance advisor to GMs and Department Heads - preparing Project P&L, analysis, etc.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance/business/economics majoring in accounting
- Brevet A&B
- Experience in handling Tax Audit and Tax litigation
- Must have at least 6 - 9 years experiences in Taxation. Experience in Consulting Firm will be preferable
- Must have experience in tax audit matters and reconciliation
- Familiar with international tax document & regulations such as DGT & TP documentations
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Capable of working independently and teamwork
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
