**About the Role**:
Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level? Lenovo is looking for a talented and passionate Global Staff Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with our top-notch Lenovo GE test engineering team in China and the Worldwide Quality team, playing a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Optimize Testing Processes**: Ensure our test processes, fixtures, and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
- **Innovate and Develop**: Design and develop cutting-edge test tools and scripts.
- **Lead and Train**: Lead projects with EMS, develop new test processes, and train EMS Test Engineers.
- **Troubleshoot and Analyze**: Conduct on-site troubleshooting for NPI and analyze issues to find effective solutions.
- **Support and Improve**: Provide level-1 on-site support and drive product quality improvements.
- **Collaborate and Implement**: Work with the EMS Function team to create and implement a Continuous Improvement Plan.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Automation, or related fields.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or C#) and basic knowledge of script commands (Windows PowerShell/CMD, EFI shell).
- **Language Skills**: Preferable fluency in Chinese and Indonesian, with strong English reading skills.
- **Expertise**: Extensive knowledge of PC testing, MES and production-related systems, NPI process, manufacturing process, and engineering technical solutions.
