**Job description**:
**1. Warehouse Operations Management**

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.

Ensure goods are properly handled, stored, and organized.

Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs (safety, workflow, stock rotation, housekeeping).

**2. Team Leadership**

Supervise a team of warehouse assistants.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work productivity.

Provide training and support to new and existing staff.

Manage staff scheduling, overtime planning, and attendance.

**3. Inventory Control**

Strong analysis skills.

Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.

Ensure accurate and timely updating of inventory systems.

Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams on stock availability and shortages.

**4. Logistics Coordination**

Liaise with drivers, transport companies, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments.

Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule.

Handle issues related to damaged goods, delays, or operational problems.

**5. Safety & Compliance**

Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Conduct safety briefings and enforce proper use of warehouse equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

**Job Requirements**

Education: Diploma or secondary education (relevant certifications preferred).

**Experience**:
Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.

Supervisory/team leader experience is an advantage.
Strong management skills in inbound and outbound.

**Skills**:
Possesses warehouse management experience.

Proficient in spoken and written English, Indonesian, and Chinese; strong computer skills with the ability to perform data analysis.

Strong personnel management skills with a high level of assertiveness (very important).

Highly execution-driven, responsible, and capable of independent thinking.

Able to identify issues, resolve them effectively, and develop SOPs based on solutions.

Demonstrates a strong ability to work under pressure.

**Physical Requirements**:
Able to handle moderate physical tasks and work in a warehouse environment.

**Other**:
Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to solve operational issues.
