**What are we looking for?**
- As a SAP AMS SD Consultant, you play a crucial role in providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP SD module to meet the business needs and objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP SD system and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Manages incidents, service request, problem and change requests reported by user and follow-up promptly for closure.
- Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely
- S4/HANA experience
- Public Cloud experience
- Integration Experience with other modules
- IDOC and EDI knowledge
- Knowledge in using support tools e.g. Omnitracker, SAP Incident Manager, JIRA, ZenDesk
- Knowledge in ITIL is preferred
- Debugging is an added advantage
- Fiori integration skill is a plus

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in SAP SD module configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Sales and Distribution.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, WM, CS) and third-party systems.
- Excellent spoken and written in English language
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- SAP certification is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
