**Job Title: Finance Director for F & B Industry**
**Location: Solo, Indonesia**

The Finance Director will oversee all financial aspects of our Client’s restaurant chain business based in Solo, Indonesia. They will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability.
- Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and taxation laws.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports for stakeholders and management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal controls and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.

Pay: Rp40,000,000 - Rp50,000,000 per month
