Responsibilities:

- Managing affiliate marketing partnerships to ensure maximum returns on investment and increased bookings.
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve guest satisfaction.
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team.
- Have sales and persuasion skills.
- Mastering foreign languages, especially English, will be an advantage.
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have an attractive appearance and be friendly.
- Have experience handling events.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Senior/Vocational High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in affiliate marketing and digital marketing. Excellent communication skills, both with stakeholders and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
