1. Liaison with Overseas Clients (Japan):

- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese customers.
- Communicate effectively in Japanese (spoken and writin) to ensure smooth

coordination.

including training progress, document readiness, and deployment timelines.

3. Client Hospitality:

- Assist and accompany Japanese visitors during their trips to Indonesia (e.g., site visits, meetings, cultural experiences).
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and meals if required.

4. Interview Arrangement:

- Ensure all technical and logístical requirements are met for a smooth interview process.

5. Marketing Support:

- Assist in developing and translating marketing materials for Japanese speaking audiences.
- Support in promoting the company’s training and recruitment services to Japanese partners.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain proper documentation of communications and agreements with clients.

Requirement:

- SMA/SMK or more
- have been worked as kensshusei/tokutei ginou in Japan, or abroad in Japan(University, Various vocational schools)
- Experience in sales, customer relations, and guest relations using Japanese language for Japanese customers
