This position is urgently need and expected will be join as soon as possible. We need 3 person to join as Staff Marketing & Business Development in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta. Please read and check the qualification below:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) of **Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related**
- At least **3 years of working experience**as **PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT** in t**oll manufacturing cosmetic manufacture, in beauty industries or in B2B pharmacies industry**
- Good knowledge of the **trend cosmetics/beauty industries**
- Understanding the p**rocess of development cosmetics products**
- Good in English (booth active and written), since will communicate with global clients/partners
- Familiar with Ms.Office (Ms. Excell, Ms.PPT & Word)
- Good skill in planning, organizing, development projects effectively
- High motivation to work, passion in Cosmetics
- Good interpersonal skill including good negotiation skill

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- To produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products on market research
- Collect and gather information from both existing and new client regarding cosmetics that they will be need.
- Preparing documents in accordance with SOP required for new product development.
- Monitoring new product launching based on scheduling
- Maintain relation based on all opportunities project
- Follow up and cooperation with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistik Team, Production Team, PPIC Team.
- Building and develop relation with new clients or existing clients
- Reach the marketing target
