**Mortgage Specialist**, kamu bertugas memasarkan produk Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) kepada calon nasabah, bekerja sama dengan broker, developer, agen properti, atau sumber prospek lainnya.

**Tugas & Tanggung Jawab**:

- Mencari prospek nasabah KPR dari developer, agen properti, atau pameran perumahan.
- Menjelaskan skema kredit, bunga, tenor, dan simulasi cicilan kepada calon nasabah.
- Membantu nasabah dalam pengumpulan dokumen dan pengisian aplikasi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim analis dan pihak internal bank terkait proses persetujuan KPR.
- Menjalin relasi baik dengan mitra dan menjaga kualitas portofolio nasabah.
- Mencapai target booking KPR bulanan.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Umur 18 - 38 th
- Pendidikan mínimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
- Pengalaman sales di bidang properti, perbankan, generalist atau pembiayaan diutamakan.
- Komunikatif, target-oriented, dan punya jaringan relasi yang luas.
- Mampu bekerja mobile dan fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan lapangan.
- Terbiasa berkoordinasi dengan pihak developer dan nasabah.
