Vallet/security

The **Valet/Security Staff** is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role combines guest-facing valet responsibilities with essential safety and security duties, playing a key role in maintaining the overall service quality and operational standards of the outlet.

**Key Responsibilities:Valet Duties**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Maintain a log of all vehicle movements, including time in/out and any damage noted.
- Handle guest belongings with utmost care and confidentiality.
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide directions or assistance to guests when required.

**Security Duties**:

- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols of the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or any suspicious behavior.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or violations to the supervisor.
- Assist in emergency situations (fire, medical, evacuation, etc.) following company protocols.
- Support crowd control and enforce outlet policies as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in valet parking or security roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Good physical condition and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor and indoor settings depending on shift.
- Uniform provided as per company standards.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions (for valet duties).
