Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

**Job Role Description**

We are looking for a Business Controller who accountable for managing, controlling, drives financial performance and provides decision support to business leaders. Ensure compliance with Nokia's accounting principle, internal controls policies and reporting procedures as well as with the external rules and regulations

**Role & Key responsibilities**:

- Manages, controls and continuously improves the financial performance of the BG for the area of responsibility.
- Finance representative & business partner in the RBC.
- Deep understanding of forecast & inputs coming from different stakeholders (PMs/FPCs)/CX..).
- Responsible to challenge and complete the Financial forecast for the unit
- Provides financial strategic insights on Forecasted numbers and advice on innovative business schemes.
- Key customer interface for all financial matters of respective BG (single point of interface)
- Performs financial risk management, controlling risks and opportunities in financials.
- Drives together with RBC, BG Profitability and Asset Improvement topics.
- Provides financial expertise for customer offers when required for the BG cases, and supports negotiations regarding financial matters, as per License to Deal process.
- Responsible for reviewing, preparing & presenting all new won sales cases for the BG to the RRB, and performer or approver of subsequent reviews.
- Performer of certain BG SOX controls & completion check for their area of responsibility.
- Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, reporting guidelines, processes, tools and internal controls in the BG.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree/ master's degree in Finance/Accounting
- at least 10 years experiences in Financial roles
