- Paham instalasi ducting (lebih diutamakan)
- Mampu mebuat RAB-BQ
- Menguasai AutoCad 2D
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya MS. Excel
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Penempatan Batujajar, Bandung Barat
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani
