This function will be reporting to Application Senior Manager who is based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

- Able to select & describe flavors & ingredients in prototype development
- Stay updated on savory trends, ingredients, and food processing technologies
- Drive innovation related to savory flavor technologies, new delivery systems, or culinary techniques
- Translate customer needs into actionable projects and align with business priorities
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders (mainly flavorist & commercial team) to answer customers’ needs.
- Act as a key technical expert in front of internal & external customers
- Supports clients during product development process and presents dsm-firmenich technologies
- Maintains and applies good laboratory practice

You bring:

- Bachelor degree in Food Science or Food Technology from an accredited university required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Savory Application / Savory Product Development Laboratory
- Strong understanding of food processing and savory flavor systems
- Creativity and innovation orientation
- Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Agility in fast-paced environment
- Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and ability to work within a team
