Act as administer for HR and Commercial division on creating minute key meetings, HR administration, HR Data analytics, Commercial admin data support, and reporting.
Maintain any filling data and analysis, as well as carry out regular reviews to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
As a mediator to maintain communication between HO team and Area team across Indonesia
Assist on travel arrangements and travel claims.
Handling administrative requests and queries from several departments (Commercial & HR)
Fresh graduate or Final year student from any major are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Willing to work Hybrid in HO (Sahid Surdirman Residence)
