We're looking for a **Video Production Executive** to join our creative team
In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising the **end-to-end production process** of both small-scale and large-scale video projects, from planning and creative strategy to execution and editing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the entire video production process, from pre-production and shooting to post-production.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign goals and industry insights.
- Produce and edit short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, IG Story) that drives engagement and viewership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, and brand) to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
- Support the production of both small-scale and large-scale videos (e.g., social content to campaign-level productions).
- Stay updated with video and visual trends across platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- ** Be comfortable and confident to occasionally appear on camera as a talent or presenter** for content when required.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Film, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience in video production and editing for 1-3 years.
- ** Must have prior experience working in or creating content for the beauty industry.**:

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or similar).
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a pulse on current digital content trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying project scales.
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
- Experience in TikTok content creation is a plus.
- ** Confident to appear in videos and comfortable speaking in front of the camera** when needed.
