**Job Title: Assistant Manager Spa & Reception**
**Location**: Lumeira Wellness Complex, Bali**
**Position Overview**:
Lumeira Wellness Complex is seeking for an experienced Spa Assistant Manager who will be able to oversee all aspects of spa and reception operations at Lumeira Social Wellness Complex in Bali. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is expected. Manage a team of spa professionals, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive marketing initiatives, handle administrative tasks, manage finances, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and lead to a profitable operation
**Operational**
- Oversee implementation of standard operating procedures and task breakdown within Spa and reception operations to optimize efficiency and achieve guest satisfaction.
- Supervise day-to-day spa & reception operations, including relevant health, and licensing regulations, cleanliness, safety, and other aspects compliance.
- To be a flexible and adaptable member of the Senior Management team, working together with other Managers as a team player to achieve the aims and profile required for the business.
- To fulfil all management duties within the Spa & Reception areas pertaining all tasks required by the business.
**Customer Service**
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their spa experience. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their visit.
- Address any customer concerns, feedback and complaint alike promptly and professionally, and address the matters to operations manager
**Administration**
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing data, and evaluating the effectiveness of operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- To understand, manage, and handle and the spa treatments booking system and software systems in which are being placed to ease the spa administrations.
- Oversee treatment scheduling, reservations, and appointment management systems.
**Personnel**
- Assist in the process of recruitment, train, Lead and manage team of spa therapist and receptionist, providing guidance, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ascertain all staff within Spa and reception being scheduled appropriately and their rostering plan being advised in timely manner
- To organize all relevant external and internal training as and when required and to conduct periodical assessment / appraisal for Spa Therapist and reception team.
