Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Responsible for the operation of two warehouse sites Review the results of activities and Warehouse Logistics activity plans, in terms of supply of raw materials / bulk and Packaging Materials for Reactor & Mixing production, Herbicide production and Insecticide / Powder production. Ensuring the placement of RM / Bulk and PM according to storage standards and ensuring that there are no rejects due to storage. Maintain stock accuracy of all RM/Bulk and PM belonging to ASR and to customers Ensuring that the goods / products returned from the customer can be completed at the specified time. Coordinate internally and externally on the delivery of Finish Goods or other materials according to the schedule agreed with the customer Conduct routine briefings related to Safety and Quality for Logistics workers Ensuring that individual dashboards and worker dashboards with accurate and continuous data show better results. Actively involved in Kaizen projects and task forces carried out in the factory area Controlling the stock availability of all consumable goods production min-max, safety stock that has been determined. Controlling the "Tool & Equipment" and "Consumable" budgets according to the set budget targets Ensuring all activities of the Logistics team are according to procedures, according to health, safety & environmental standards Ensure that procedures / checklists / work forms, HIRA & HAZOP are available & always updated Carry out the principles and implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 in each of its activities Report and discuss with the PL Manager if there are circumstances, actions and events that could endanger workers, tools and the environment. **Key Requirements**: Min. Bachelor's degree in any major Have min. 3 years of experience in the same or related field, experience in chemical, packaging and cosmetics will be a plus Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems Familiar with SAP, ERP, JDE Willing to work in Bogor area.
