Qualification:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Head Barista.
- Experience in both casual and lifestyle environments is preferred.
- Has an interest in coffe.
- Mastering Latte Art and a guide to making coffe.
- Good physical condition and good-looking appearance.
- Placement : Jurnal Risa Coffe (Bandung)
- Lead and directed team members on effective methods, operations and procedures to run a profitable, successful bar.
- Trained new employee.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials for drinks.
- Carry out research and product development.
- Organized & supervise shift.
- Organized and coordinated utilization of product equipment and personnel.
- Handling bar operations.
