Study Bali International (SBI) is delighted to offer you the position of **Student Welfare Officer (SWO)** for our upcoming Global English Camp. Your assignment will be **from 8th January to 7th February 2026** (2 days preparation day + 4 weeks Camp Day).

**KEY REPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support teachers to create a comfortable learning atmosphere in scheduled classes, sessions and outings from Monday to Saturday each week.
- Ensure support materials for each day are prepared in advance.
- Be responsible for the safety and security of the class and children under supervision.
- Be available to help other staffs / teachers when requested especially for lessons preparation as directed, caring/distributing snacks, drinks & lunches for kids, and accompanying students to the toilet.
- Provides social support to the students by addressing barriers to learning and strengthening the safety net for the students (student welfare) (including meals, snacks, health issues, language barrier, etc)
- Be concerned and focus on the well-being of the students.
- Make student reports for SBI management based on the student’s behaviour and social activity in the class.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Indonesian nationality; Already reside in Bali (required).
- Able to speak and communicate fluently in ENGLISH (a must)
- Able to socialize well and like children.
- Able to fluently communicate in English (required).
- Willing to enter full time if needed during the event period.
- Willing to follow the rules and directions from the organizers.

**WORKING DAYS & HOURS**:
**Preparation Day from 8th January to 9th January 2026 (2 days)**:
a. Location: SBI Learning Resort - Jl. Celagi Basur No 5, Jimbaran, Badung, Bali

b. Working Hours: 9AM - 5:30PM

**The Global English Camp from 12th January to 7th February 2026 (4 weeks)**:
a. Location: SBI Learning Resort - Jl. Celagi Basur No 5, Jimbaran, Badung, Bali

b. Working Hours:

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 07.30AM - 04:00PM
- Tuesday: 07.30AM - 05.30PM
- Thursday: 07.30AM - 08.00PM
- Every Saturday: 7.30am - 1pm (10th, 17th, 24th, 31st January and 7th February 2026)

**Important Notes: The working hours on Saturday will be adjusted as needed.**

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 1 month

Ability to commute/relocate:
