Acclimatization Officer

Job Description: - Determining criteria and selecting plants that are ready to be removed from acclimatization to preconditioning or estates or estate of PT SMART - Ensure all purchases for acclimatization need within budget - Review the schedule and amounts for the expenditure of the ramet to the Dept. Head - Ensure all activities in Acclimatization run according to procedure - To supervise and coordinate the procurement of tools and materials - Carry out Green House (acclimatization), pre-nursery-data collection - Supervising in-out ramet flow - Supervise the discard ramet and reject and destruction of the ramet - Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external). - Within the scope of its staffs to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company. - Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks on an ongoing basis. Job requirement: - Minimum Master Degree (S2) 4 majoring Agronomy / Soil Sains - Min GPA 3.0 - Having a good knowledge in Aclimatization - Placement in Sentul (Bogor) "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
