**Job Title: Business Development Manager**

**Responsibilities**

1. Develop product roadmaps, document user stories, and define product requirements

2. Partner cross-functionally to ideate, prioritize, and deliver customer experiences, quick time to market

3. Help our product teams gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

4. Develop business case analysis and validate products and services with end customers

5. Support to enhance the MTWO brand at every step of product development, business development and delivery

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor or above degree with a focus on AEC(architecture/engineering/construction) or computer technology;
2. 5+ years’ experience in project management, consulting or product management, with experiences with IT/software/Cloud service/ construction/ industrial automation desirable.

3. Be able to understand the needs of the construction or building relevant clients and provide solutions across functional teams to work on the localization and project delivery

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills

5. Able to work flexibly with regards to activities and hours in a role that will involve national and international travels

6. Be eligible to work in the country and do not need work sponsorship(required)
