Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia - Head Office is looking for a professional to fill in Program/Curriculum Development Officer - Preschool & Kindergarten Level Position

- Develop curriculum for preschool and kindergarten level with other team members
- Make Syllabuses, Lesson Plans, Yearly & Semester Plan, Worksheet, and other teaching materials
- Observe classes regularly to see the implementation of the curriculum
- Update and revise the Program/Curriculum regularly
- Communicate changes and updates in program/curriculum to school administrators & teachers, as well as conduct training regarding the updates
- Monitoring and evaluating the lessons at our centers to identify areas for improvement (across Indonesia)
- Keeping records and reporting after visiting the centers
- Give regular professional development and/or curriculum updates to teachers
- Take part in annual events

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or teaching for early years students
- A bachelor's degree in education, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of school members and stakeholders
- Has good teamwork skills
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Understand the education system well, especially for early learners
- Committed to creating a high-quality learning environment for our students
- Proven experience in decision-making, problem-solving and has ability to think strategically
- Having a _Responsible to Life_ attitude
