Accounting Tax Senior Staff

Job Descriptions: - Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day transactions, maintain general ledger, handle financial closings (monthly, yearly, etc), and also financial report (such as B/S, P/L, cash flow) - Yearly Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors, prepare necessary documentation, and address findings to ensure smooth audit processes. - Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, PPh21, PPh23), ensure compliance with regulations, and liaise with tax consultants. - Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial updates, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and monitor cash flow. - Coordination with Consultants: Act as a liaison with external finance and tax consultants, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange. - Administrative Support: Oversee payroll, maintain financial records, and prepare invoices and purchase orders. - Use "Accurate" accounting software and Excel for financial management and reporting. - Other finance, accounting, tax jobs Requirement: - Min. D3 of Accounting/Finance/Tax - Experience in FAT min. 3 years at PMA Japan is preferred - Experience for Yearly Audit Closing, financial report (such as B/S, P/L, general ledger, cash flow), Tax compliance (VAT, PPh21, PPh23) - Able to use Accurate - Fluent in English or Japanese for daily communication with Japanese expatriates or HQ - Able to join on February 2025 Ability to commute/relocate: - Cikarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - D1-D4 (required) **Experience**: - Accounting system: 3 years (required) - Accounting Tax at Japanese MFG: 3 years (required) License/Certification: - Brevet A and B (required)
