**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to achieve sales, revenue and profit target.
- Set strategies, goals, action plan and execution to achieve defined performance target for Direct Sales Agent (DSA) and Financial Advisor (FA).
- Build and develop strong sales process through collaboration and maintaining relations with Direct Sales or agency offices.
- Regularly evaluate, give feedback and drive DSA-FA to ensure the achievement of goals and target for all products.
- Communicating the sales, strategy, process and result to team and Management.
- Actively involved in company projects that related with business development and improvement.
- Responsible to build and maintain DSA-FA channels and market opportunities.
- Create innovation and improvement to boost the sales result from market or agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from any fields.
- Proficient in English.
- Min. 10 years experience as Direct Sales or Agency Office for Banking/ Finance/ Insurance industries.
- Min. 10 years experience in leading and managing DSA-FA and portfolios.
- Have a strong network and relation with Agency Office (DSA) Partners.
- Have a clear strategic business mindset and planning.
- Good communication skills, with strong capability on negotiation.
- A problem solver, self-motivated person that is able to work under pressure.
- Result-oriented person who can work individually and in team.
- Familiar with digital selling process.
