**Job Descrptions**
- Manage and coordinate leasing activities for various properties, including industrial estates, warehouses, residential units, and commercial spaces.
- Oversee negotiations for lease terms and contracts to maximise the company's value.
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and competitive offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adjust leasing strategies as necessary.
- Lead a team of leasing managers and coordinators to meet and exceed occupancy targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster relationships with tenants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor leasing performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.

**General Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing or marketing in the property/real estate industry.
- Fluent in English, both in conversation and writing.
- Can speak Mandarin is a plus point.
- Good at sales and presentation.
- Persistent and hard work.
