**About the Role**

Pangea is seeking a creative, detail-oriented **Part-Time Content Creator** to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving engagement with our mission of accelerating the transition to a regenerative, circular economy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to conceptualize, produce, and optimize high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice, sustainability goals, and business objectives. Your work will contribute to amplifying our impact-driven initiatives through exceptional storytelling, thoughtful design, and meaningful digital experiences.

This part-time position requires a commitment of **20 up to 40 working hours per month**, offering flexibility for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and content creation but require a schedule that accommodates other professional or personal commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy & Planning**:

- Work with the Marketing Team to plan and schedule a consistent stream of content that reflects ongoing projects, product innovations, and key campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the reach, quality, and engagement of Pangea’s content across audiences.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to align content goals with broader campaigns and business strategies.
- **Content Creation**:

- Ensure all content aligns with Pangea’s tone, values, and sustainability messaging, avoiding greenwashing while emphasizing tangible impacts and outcomes.
- **Focus on Quality & Quantity**:

- Maintain a balance between producing a high volume of content and ensuring exceptional quality and storytelling.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure content meets Pangea’s standards and communicates value to the Marketing team.

**Qualifications**
- Ideally have a Bachelor Degree in Filmmaking, or related studies.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on sustainability, circular economy, or regenerative business practices.
- Experience in creating content (including video) related to fashion (specifically eyewear) and sustainability industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas into accessible, engaging content.
- Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for graphic and video content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

**Desired Outcomes**
- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality content pieces (e.g., 4 blog posts/month, 12 social media posts/week, 2 videos/month).
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure 100% of content aligns with Pangea’s mission, brand guidelines, and sustainability principles.
- **Content Optimization**: Implement feedback loops to refine and enhance the content creation process based on performance metrics.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of created content pieces per week/month.
- Social media follower growth and website traffic driven by content.
- On-time delivery of content aligned with the marketing calendar.

**Working Hours**

This role requires a fixed commitment of **20 up to 40 hours per month**, which may be distributed over 3-5 days depending on team coordination and project deadlines. Exact working hours will be mutually agreed upon with the Marketing Team Lead to ensure alignment with key workflows and timelines.
