Lighting Programmer

We are currently seeking a skilled and creative **Lighting Programmer** to join our dynamic entertainment team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and programming to enhance the atmosphere of our world-class shows, events, and daily performances. Your work will help define the immersive and energetic vibe that FINNS is known for.

**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Program and operate intelligent lighting systems for events, performances, and venue operations
- Collaborate with DJs, performers, and entertainment teams to synchronize lighting with music and show elements
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lighting equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Create lighting presets and cue stacks that match the creative direction of each event
- Support technical setups and rehearsals for special events or productions
- Stay updated on lighting technology and recommend upgrades or improvements when needed

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience as a lighting programmer or technician in live entertainment, clubs, or events
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling through lighting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English is preferred; technical terminology understanding is essential
