As a pivotal role within our IT department, you will lead infrastructure projects from conception through implementation, while ensuring our network's seamless connectivity and robust security.

Additionally, you are also responsible for the alignment of network design and performance to the business requirements, compliance requirements, and others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and design of new IT infrastructure projects, with focus on efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, servers, and other networking equipment.
- Design, implement, and maintain brand agnostic network infrastructure, including internet modems, switches, firewalls, and VPN gateways, ensuring optimal connectivity and security.
- Collaborate with the security teams to develop and enforce security measurements, contribute in (security) audits, while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Together with the team, assume the ownership of all network components and configurations, ensuring the reliability and security of both internal and external connections.
- Lead the daily operations of the office network, including administration, monitoring, incident management, and documentation.
- Handle the audit-related tasks within the Infra scope and manage timelines for deliverables.
- Proactively propose improvements to the infrastructure design to support business growth.
- Ensure effective collaboration with peering teams, including Application, Identity, and Operations, to align projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other science major.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience managing medium to large scale office networks and infrastructure, involving multiple regional sites.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and translate high-level business requirements into a detailed technical plan.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills, including the ability to conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Able to communicate effectively with audiences from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong observation skills to capture customer behavior and needs, and improve service quality accordingly.
- Willingness to travel across South East Asia countries to support the infrastructure development of the regional office sites.
