**Job Description**:

- Create, review, and understand the technical worksheets, measurements, and standard requirements of the assigned brand/ customer. Input information from technical worksheets and create data file.
- Source, arrange or purchase all material, trims/ accessories for sampling (proto, fit, advertising, salesman, sealing, pre-production and top of production samples etc).
- Check on fabric, accessories & packing material prices to prepare for sample order usage.
- Prepare fabric and trim cards for sample room and production factory.
- To check on raw material information for preparation of cost sheets. Review costing with Manager/Snr Manager.
- Ensure samples must be submitted on time and in accordance to company’s specification and follow up on feedback.
- Execute and monitor the development processes to ensure Buy ready (Finalize) before bulk orders. all final templates, Tech pack, Construction worksheet, fit approval and any other information for bulk are in place for handover/ disseminate to the respective departments and factories.
- Conduct meetings with Development and bulk production team to ensure that the correct garment construction is executed based on buyer’s requirement.
- Execute all Styles development in accordance to company’s specification and requirement and ensure costing accuracy and work of all related documents are updated for both samples and production.
- Deliver and achieve good KPI(s) and goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- At least have 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Have attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hardworking with a good attitude and team spirit
- Thorough understanding of industry best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues.
- Have a relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Well organised and able to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines.
- Persuasive, problem-solver
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
