Responsible for all Instrumentation and Process Control work to ensure the job was designed and executed in a timely manner and with high quality. - Responsible for supporting the smoothing of plant operation. - Follow all company and safety procedures/rules; - Execute day-to-day jobs for instrumentation and control systems. - Man Management & labour management on a project basis - Responsible for improving the performance of all Instrumentation and Process Control Issues. - Responsible for any urgent emergency call related to Instrumentation and Process Control. - Deliver minor Projects for internal Instrument and Control groups and multi-department. - Cooperation with the Safety, Health, and Environment & Quality Department. - Promote safety, particularly in the area of PPE awareness, permit work system, group meetings, planned general inspection, safety signs, fire fighting facilities, training and loss control programs. - In cooperation with the Operations Department, Maintenance Section and other Engineer. - Manage Instrument & Process Maintenance Engineer shall make a good coordination with those staff members to ensure all work is promoted as teamwork between the departments, carried out on time, on schedule with a high degree of work quality. - At least 5 years experience in a related industrial environment such as PLC system, DCS, field device instrumentation, process analyser devices and computer networks as well - Good knowledge of Instrumentation and Process Control principles. - Excellent English language, communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Understanding of the systems and processes used in The Linde Group - Demonstrated good Instrument & Process Control capability as hands-on experience. - Well organised — Familiar with common Instrumentation and Control System Tools. - Able to read P&ID "Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
