We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in managing startup companies, particularly in the healthcare industry. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support our overall business goals. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can effectively lead a marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, including digital, content, and traditional marketing channels, to meet company objectives and KPIs.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development while driving a culture of excellence.
- **Healthcare and Real Estate Expertise**: Leverage your knowledge of the healthcare and real estate industries to identify opportunities and challenges and develop tailored marketing strategies.
- **Brand Management**:Establish and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- **Content Creation**:Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media content, to engage our target audience.
- **Data Analysis**:Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions, optimize campaigns, and report regularly to senior management.
- **Budget Management**:Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- **Partnerships and Alliances**:Identify and build strategic partnerships and alliances within the healthcare industry to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing management roles, with a track record of success in startup environments.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
- Real estate industry experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative and innovative thinking with a focus on results.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

**Work Hours**:

- Full-time (40 hours a week)
- Monday-Friday
- Anytime between 8 AM-6 PM Pacific Time
