**About the role**

We are an imported food distribution company, currently we are looking a talented personnel as a Marketing Manager based in South Denpasar, Bali. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for the company's diverse range of culinary services.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote the company's offerings
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and resources to maximise return on investment
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies and best practices in the industry

**What we're looking for**
- Proven and experienced as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the Marketing & Communications industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, content creation and other marketing channels
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals
- Passion for the culinary industry and a keen understanding of consumer trends
