Key Responsibilities

Fully responsible for preparing new business units (Hospitality, Restaurant & ecotourism-Outdoor Activity) and ensuring operations run smoothly after opening and during operations
Develop a structured business plan for the entire business at the company
Prepare, monitor and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and evaluate performance against budgets
Ensuring a good and smooth relationship with customers, suppliers, portals, and the environment
Develop and implement agreed procedures and systems across all functions to ensure smooth coordination/cooperation among various internal departments to facilitate business needs and deliver positive results to customer experiences
Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant departments and follow up on quality and execution
Personally coaching and developing skill of team members, create a high performance through talent acquisition and holding your team accountable
Liaise, performing active communication, and do the improvement with all internal parties in Store in order to run smoothly at mall activity in order to reach customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:
**Minimum Bachelor Degree**: Marketing, Business, Economy, Tourism, Hospitality
Minimum 10 years of ecotourism/hospitality/ retail operational management experience
Extensive knowledge of operational management (Hospitality, Retail, restaurant & ecotourism)
Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of ecotourism operational management
Strong ecotourism specific financial acumen.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa (both written and spoken)
Detail-oriented and computer literate with proficiency in working with Microsoft office (word, excel, power point) including Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Slides.
Strong leadership, managerial, and ability to adapt with a strategic mindset and passion to drive initiatives
Able to build good relationships with government
Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information
Willing to be placed in Bogor.
