We’re looking for a **Content Creator (Project-Based)** to join our team for a **3-month period** and bring our school community to life through engaging and creative content

**Brands you’ll handle: HEI Schools Indonesia & LILLIPODS Preschool**
- Develop and manage content pillars, creating strategic content aligned with brand goals.
- Research early childhood education trends and competitor strategies to inform planning and execution.
- Create and manage detailed content calendars.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to align content with enrollment goals.
- Work closely with Marketing and Design to produce high-quality, engaging content (visuals, reels, stories, and posts for events and special occasions).
- Coordinate with teachers and school staff to highlight classroom activities, events, and milestones.
- Publish content across channels, ensuring consistency and timely posting.
- Monitor analytics to track reach, engagement, and follower growth; provide performance reports.
- Adjust content strategy based on insights, trends, and audience behavior.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
- Has 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (experience in education is a plus).
- Is skilled in photography, videography, and basic editing (Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools).
- Has excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Understands social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and current digital trends.
- Is creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with teachers, staff, and families.
