Legal Supervisor

**About the Role**

Plaza Millennium Medan is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Legal Supervisor** to oversee legal compliance, manage contracts—including space renting agreements—and support company operations with strong legal insight.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review, draft, and manage company legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Prepare, review, and administer **space renting agreements (Perjanjian Sewa Ruang)** for tenants, including negotiation of terms, extensions, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate with leasing and operational teams to ensure all rental activities comply with legal and company standards.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, regulations, and Indonesian laws.
- Provide legal consultation and recommendations to management and related departments.
- Handle licensing, permits, and regulatory filings with government authorities.
- Manage dispute resolutions, legal correspondences, and external legal partners.
- Maintain and update legal databases, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Support HR and management in legal matters related to employment, operations, and corporate governance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
- Minimum **3 years** of experience as Legal Officer/Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Experience in handling **tenant agreements or commercial leasing** is a strong advantage.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

**Additional Requirements**
- Ability to work on-site at Plaza Millennium Medan.
- Familiarity with government licensing processes (OSS, NIB, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in property, retail, or commercial building management is an advantage.
