**PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia**, a leading freight forwarding company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPJK Staff to join our team. This position is **outsourced through a third-party agency** but you will be **working directly under the supervision of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia at our office location**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
- Prepare and process import/export documentation accurately and timely
- Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, and other related parties
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- **Must possess a valid PPJK certificate**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- **Fluent in English**, Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
