**Job Description**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure product functionality meets requirements.
- Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or issues, and ensure they are addressed appropriately.
- Document testing results in detail, providing clear reports on test outcomes, defect status, and overall product quality.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive understanding of product requirements and to resolve any issues.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance quality assurance processes, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and minimize defects.
- Conduct performance and security testing to assess the system’s ability to handle load and identify potential vulnerabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Have a Technical Information or System Information background.
- 3+ years of experience as QA Performance Tester (System Tester)
- Experience in using performance testing like, jMeter, etc
- Experience in using matrix and log meter like New Relic, Sentry, Grafana, etc
- Understand in software development both mobile and web
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, and test cases.
