**1. Plan, organize, and supervise daily production across three shifts to achieve output, yield, and delivery targets.**

**2. Lead and coach shift leaders and operators; manage manpower planning, shift handovers, daily briefings, and discipline.**

**3. Monitor production KPIs (throughput, OEE, scrap, downtime), analyze gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions.**

**4. Enforce SOPs/WIs, 5S, and EHS standards; conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks; report and follow up on incidents.**

**5. Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse to secure materials, equipment availability, and smooth changeovers.**

**6. Troubleshoot line issues; perform root cause analysis (5-Why/Fishbone), implement CAPA, and escalate when required.**

**7. Support NPI, engineering changes, line balancing, layout optimization, and time studies.**

**8. Maintain accurate records and reports (daily/weekly/monthly), update Excel trackers and ERP/MES data, and ensure WIP/inventory accuracy.**

**9. Train and certify operators, maintain a skills matrix, and promote continuous improvement (Kaizen, waste reduction).**

**10. Participate in internal, customer, and ISO audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.**

**11. Control costs through productivity improvements, scrap/rework reduction, and optimized overtime.**

**12. Provide backup or on-call support for other shifts as required.**

**Job Requirements**:
**1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.**

**2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor/Manager in a foreign-invested (MNC) manufacturing environment; prior experience in a Japanese company strongly preferred.**

**3. Good in English and capable of using it as a working language**

**4. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); capable of preparing production reports, schedules, and dashboards; Excel functions and pivot tables preferred.**

**5. Basic CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD) are a plus for line layout, jigs/fixtures, and work instruction updates.**

**6. Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, SOP/WI, 5S, and basic quality tools (PDCA, 5-Why, Fishbone); Lean/Kaizen exposure preferred.**

**7. Proven leadership experience managing large shopfloor teams (100+ operators per shift); skilled in coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.**

**8. Willing to work on a 3-shift rotation and perform overtime/weekend work as required.**

**9. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; high sense of responsibility and results orientation.**

**10. Familiar with EHS requirements and safe work practices.**
