**JOB TITLE**: Senior Advisor - HSSE (This role is available for Indonesian nationals only)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify all relevant Project HSE regulatory and permitting requirements and document them in the Legal & Regulatory HSSE Compliance Register.
- Develop and maintain Regulatory Applicability Register to record lists of applicable regulations to the Project scope of work.
- Obtain and implement all the required permits to perform the work.
- Ensure compliance with any updates in regulation as well as new regulations during the execution of the Project are reflected in the Legal & Regulatory HSE Compliance Register.
- Update the Regulatory Applicability Register, Compliance Tracker and AMDAL Commitment Register in monthly basis.
- Work closely with the Project HSSE Manager and Project Manager to ensure the impact of regulation changes is understood and implemented correctly.
- Assist Project HSE Manager in investigating any requested deviations and non-conformances from regulatory compliance requirements and ensure close-out in collaboration with applicable stakeholders.
- Liaise with relevant Indonesian Regulatory Authorities via the In-Country Permit Coordinator in relation to clarification of legal requirements, updates to existing regulation and issue of new regulations.
- Develop a Legal compliance assurance plan for the project.
- Conduct Self-Verification audit on Legal Compliance to ensure the compliance of work towards the applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage the compliance process and the close-out of non-compliant issues.
- Monitor the HSE Compliance system, as well as monthly KPI Reporting, including relevant follow up actions, and required compliance reporting.
- Track and record its compliance and maintain record of evidence of its compliance in a form of Compliance Tracker for Legal and Regulatory Compliance, including Permit(s) requirements, and AMDAL and Environmental Permit Commitment Register for environmental related commitments.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree (4 years) or Diploma (3 years) in Engineering OR in relevant Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue).
- AK3 MIGAS certificate.
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance Engineer / Coordinator in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
- Must be Indonesian citizen with excellent knowledge in AMDAL, applicable HSE regulations, international standards, industrial practices and regulations, and the ability to implement regulations and practices.
- Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
- Have technical background and up to date with latest regulations to perform the project under the Onshore EPC Contract.
- Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
- Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures & regulations applicable to the scope of work.
- Ability to conduct Compliance audits and inspections.
- Ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes.
- Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills.
