**About work**仕事内容について**:
Preparing calculations/reports of overtime and salary.
Preparing and distributing the salary slips.
Recording employee attendance/leave and making the monthly report.
Preparing evaluation of permanent and contract employees.
Preparing “letter of working agreement” (new contract or extension), “letter of appointment”, and the “letter of promotion/rotation”.
Calculating Employee income tax & report to Tax Government.
Handling employee insurance.
Making drafts of company regulations and socializing.
Prepare annual working day calendar.
Maintain & updating employment and status change data.
Prepare office staff
Prepare KITAS
Prepare tickets or transportation for employees
Handle and manage documents
