This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok Group Singapore.

The role is to plan, produce, and monitor the yard workload and capacity plan for each project, ensuring the delivery of assigned projects within the planned schedule and budgeted costs.

Main

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain planning procedures and controlling of department activities.
- Produce and monitor yard workload, capacity plan, and space plan on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop detailed planning documents for tender packages.
- Define project requirements and review with HOD.
- Advise, prepare, and monitor schedule preparation for all projects.
- Ensure schedules are fully resourced and reflect project objectives.
- Create multi-level project plans with comprehensive resource allocation.
- Review, monitor, and analyse project progress and KPIs weekly.
- Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analysed, final time impact is estimated, and the effect of corrective action is monitored.
- Implement cost control measures by optimizing resource and space utilization.
- Mentor and develop planning personnel, as required, to enhance their competence, awareness, knowledge, and techniques required in the execution.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in any engineering disciplines, business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project/yard planning and cost control
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the shipbuilding and/or shipyard industry.
- Excellent interpersonal management skill to lead and manage a project plan agilely.
- Strong organizational, leadership, planning and analytical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
