- Assist in drafting agreements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the legal team.
- Support in reviewing agreements from other divisions.
- Conduct research on relevant regulations affecting the company’s business.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the legal team in handling various legal matters.
- Be proactive and contribute ideas in problem-solving discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Final year law student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Passion for learning and interest in corporate legal work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Previous internship experience in a startup or legal department is a plus, but not required.
