Job Descriptions:

- Manage Warehouse flow strategy from incoming to outgoing goods, both from Sales, Goods Transfer, Goods Orders to Rejected Goods
- Create and upgrade SOPs, and ensure production runs according to schedule and quality standards (SOP) that have been set.
- Manage production strategy and ensure product delivery to customers according to production lead time.
- Manage stock opname strategy, warehouse layout according to standards or SOP rejection (under 1%)
- Tracks product performance data, (e.g., best sellers, weekly forward demand and sales per product) and responds with solutions that drive commercial success
- Tracks timing for production and doing some efficiency in work in team.
- Manage purchase order strategy, and conduct procurement with external vendors so that stock availability meets standards.
