Plan, strategize and execute all marketing cutting tools/ power tools
Achieving sales targets that have been set by the company
Have a sales strategy and be able to handle and develop the Sales team
Monitoring and ensuring the sales team targets can be achieved

Providing solutions and solving problems faced by the Sales team and
solving problems related to customer complaints
Opening a new market (new showroom)
Develop new product concepts
Controlling monthly/annual costs of the Sales & Marketing Dept.
Responsible for all activities of the Sales & Marketing Department.
