The IT ISC Staff is responsible for supporting compliance, documentation, and IT/OT security. This position plays a key role in preparing and maintaining ISMS documents, assisting audits, supporting security projects, and ensuring adherence to ISO 27001 standards and company procedures. The role also includes providing basic IT/OT technical support and contributing to IT security through simple penetration testing and monitoring activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in compliance, audit, or IT security documentation.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good understanding of **industrial IT/OT systems**and basic troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in **ISO 27001 implementation**and documentation.
- Familiar with **IT Security practices**and **basic penetration testing**.
- **Willing to be placed at Kejayan Factory (Pasuruan).**
- Develop, maintain, and update **ISMS documentation**including WI, SOP, policies, SoA, and Risk Register.
- Support **internal and external ISO 27001 audits**, prepare evidence, and follow up on findings.
- Ensure compliance with **ISO 27001 standards**and company security procedures across IT/OT environments.
- Manage and organize **compliance documentation archives**(digital and physical).
- Conduct regular checks on **SOP/WI implementation**and provide compliance status reports.
- Provide **basic IT/OT technical support**, including backup, patching, asset inventory, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to **IT security activities**, such as monitoring, incident documentation, and basic penetration testing.
- Participate in **IT Security & Compliance projects**, including user awareness training and policy implementation.
